They do so many fun things together like fishing and telling ghost stories. This book may be a little out of date with its pictures since it was published in 1977. However, the tiny details within the pictures add some excitement within each picture.
Activity: An activity for this book would be to create a new story just using the pictures. There are not many words to begin with, as a result this activity would allow the students to use their imaginations. Another activity that could be done with this book is to write a story of their own exciting trip with a family member or a friend.
